South East Texas Yorkies

Our kennel specializes in the ultimate Yorkie focusing on correct conformation, temperament, and training.  As a research kennel, we constanly work to improve our breed by collecting perpetual data for genetic fault analysis.  Through our research, we produce  both "pet quality"  and "show / breeding stock".  Years of canine observation and the study of canine behavior and genetics  along with excellent mentors have given our operation, though small, a distinctive excellence.

We pride ourselves on quality not quantity, with very few litters per year.  Many buyers will find themselves placed on a waiting list as we generally do not have young puppies perpetually.  It is always advisable to visit our puppy page or call us for refferals to other breeders whom we highly recommend.   We choose our breeding stock based on quality, rather than mass producing mediocre pets.  Careful health screening and constant documentation / data analysis keeps our lines healthy.  We use early neurological stimulation to insure our Yorkies are sturdy, healthy, outgoing, and a joy to be around. Puppies are raised in common areas with interaction with all members of our family throughout each day.  We keep our puppies up to 15 weeks to insure the health and overall disposition of our puppies and to aid in housebreaking. Our average size is between 2 - 5 lbs. Puppies are always current on vaccinations and worming, and come with  multiple vet checks, microchipping, health guarantee, AKC Registration (if applicable) and a starter kit.  All puppies are sold as PETS ONLY under a spay / neuter agreement. We do occasionally ship. We always welcome questions, visits to our kennel, and solicitation of photos of our puppies and kennel.
